弟子問仁波切:真正的快樂是什麼?
是財富,地位,工作中長期目標達成,身體健康,家人快樂,真愛,能不失眠,長壽等等嗎?但這快樂都是短暫及多變化無常的。如何能有真正的快樂呢?
仁波切回答:真正的快樂是內心的平靜。而內心的平靜的達成則須要內心與外在行為一致,表裏一致。唯有如此,自己則能有究竟的喜悅。

一般人很容易從外在現像及行為而立即判斷別人的過失,而自己內心的想法,不知犯了多少次的菩薩戒,只因為別人無法看穿自己內心的想法,以至於無法批評自己的過失。如此的內外矛盾,是無法給自己帶來真正的快樂。
大家多努力修行及修心。少批評別人,多反省自己行為,多行持菩薩行為,真正的快樂則會自然而然的成為生活的一部份了
。
What is the true happiness?
Disciple ask Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche how to achieve happiness? Is it being rich, being healthy? Or getting a true love? Or having long life or able to sleep well etc? But all these things only achieve short time happiness and things change again and im-permanent.
Rinpoche replied the true happiness is a total inner mind peace. And to achieve inner mind peace, the person needs to be able to matching his or her inner mind with outside action all the time and has no conflicts at all.
Most people are very good at showing outside good behavior to people but inside their true mind & thought is not the matching with their behavior. With those conflicts, the person can't never achieve mind peaceful. Therefore it is hard to achieve the true happiness.
khentrul Rinpoche urges disciples to watch out our behavior and thoughts , more focus on our Buddhism practice and not to spending time on criticizing people. If we always try our best follow bodhisattva thoughts and behavior and naturally the happiness will become part of our life.
